Working remotely as a Product Designer on the product team at Bitbuy (acquired Coinberry), we conducted a full UX audit of the Bitbuy platforms to identify pain points and opportunities. I was also responsible for redesigning Bitbuy’s trading platform using an established design system and primary research. I was responsible for creating the user interview scripts, recording, and synthesizing the data collected.
