At IBM, I worked as a Graphic/UX Designer on the Data and AI Content team in the Software sector. One of my core responsibilities was the creation of all new technical diagrams for the AI documentation topics. I created diagrams that took complex AI processes and made them accessible and easy to understand. I worked in product offerings such as watsonx, Cloud Pak for Data, Db2, and created over 150 technical diagrams. The results created multiple sets of documentation that were: more engaging, easier to understand by using visuals, and more accessible as it was translatable into 12 languages.
